Upload resumes, identity documents, licenses, and certifications in your application. Existing worker document records are managed in Credentials. Follow recruiter instructions for role-specific requirements.

Browse available listings, review the role requirements, and submit an application. An application does not guarantee placement.
Find jobsSet availability and view schedules
Use Digi Grid to maintain availability, personal entries, and agency assignments. Shift cards show the facility’s local time.
Open my calendarAccept shifts and request changes
Open the relevant Digi Grid agency assignment and use the available action. Changes are subject to the appropriate approval; a request is not a confirmed change.
View shift actionsReport an absence or request coverage
Submit an Absence or Coverage request from the affected agency assignment in Digi Grid. Contact the company directly for urgent issues: scheduling email reminders are not currently enabled.
Open assignment requestsSubmit timesheets
Open Timesheets to enter your work period and hours and view the saved review/payment status. Ask the team to confirm submission requirements for your assignment.

Timesheets show saved gross amounts and statuses; estimates are not verified pay statements. Contact the company for payslips, pay dates, deductions, or payment corrections.

Follow assignment-specific safety instructions and site procedures. Report unsafe conditions, injuries, harassment, or other workplace concerns to Digital 1 Solutions. For immediate danger, follow the site’s emergency procedures and seek emergency assistance. The company profile describes safety training and company responsibility for on-duty injury claims; ask the team for the applicable reporting and claims procedure.
